1 egg 1 tsp almond essence (or 4 drops strong) 1 tsp vanilla essence |
Beat in the egg and essence Slowly mix in the dry ingredients Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours |
Preheat the oven to 180C Dust a baking tray with flour Scoop out a teaspoonful of dough Roll into a smooth ball on a dusted surface Place on a baking tray Cook for 10-12 minutes, until starting to brown |
